Introducing The Monthly Edit

Hey everyone!
So this week on the Maker Style Podcast Steph from Modern Sewciety and I got talking about the importance of email newsletters.
This episode was full of great tips that inspired me to overhaul my email newsletter... you know... so I actually send things out now.
So today I wanted to take a moment to re-introduce the new and improved Maker Style Monthly Newsletter, The Monthly Edit.
The Monthly Edit will bring a curated collection of some of the most inspiring handmade makes I've found this month straight to your inbox - all 100% for free. A new edition will come out on the third Saturday of every month, so you'll have the perfect coffee companion on the weekend.
The goal of this newsletter, in addition to being fun for you to read, is to help support and promote the best new sewing bloggers around. I'm not a big fish in the blogging word by any means, but I remember how stinkin' hard it was to get that first 50, 100 and even 500 followers for Maker Style, so I want to do my best to help new bloggers get exposure. So my aim is that a lot of the content in this newsletter will be new bloggers you've never heard of before!
What I hope this means for readers is that many of the makes featured in this newsletter will be totally new to you - Bringing you fresh sewing inspiration and introduce you to brand new sewing bloggers to fall in love with. Because, let's face it, who's NOT looking for a new favourite sewing blogger to fall in love with?
The first edition of this newsletter came out to subscribers yesterday - What did you guys think?
If you missed out, have no fear. I'll be re-sending the edit to all new subscribers MONDAY so you can enjoy.
I'll continue to tweak this concept over the next few months to find a flow that works well for us. I'm already debating switching to a weekly format with less content rather than a monthly edition with more, but I want to play around with it a bit longer before I decide either way.
Let me know down below if you have any ideas for next month's edit!
